Group plan:
With this plan, MTA members and their dependents have access to a digital platform via KindlyHuman whenever they need mental health support. Some of the benefits of this plan include:
- Cost-free access: Enjoy no-cost confidential appointments with certified peer listeners for a $0 fee.
- Virtual therapy: Schedule appointments within as little as 72 hours with expert clinicians. (This benefit can be added by your local association and is optional.)
- Easy access to mental health resources: Watch videos and read articles on a wide range of mental health topics at your convenience.

Individual plan:
