New BJ's The Club Card members, join for $20/year. New The Club+ Card Members, join for $60/year. Existing The Club Card members, renew for $50/year. Existing The Club+ Card members, renew for $100/year. Everyone can join or renew with special savings, regardless of when you last renewed. The 12-month extension adds onto your expiration date and extends your membership out. To take advantage of these discounts you must sign up or renew during one of the MTA enrollment months: January, April, July and October. For renewing BJ's members, the renewal dates are added onto your current expiration date, so you preserve the membership time you've already paid for.
