Adelphi University Master of Arts in Art Education

MTA members are eligible for a 10% discount on this innovative program, which uses a unique blend of artistic studio practice and interdisciplinary teaching approaches to empower students to become successful art teachers who cultivate the rich connections young people can make through art. The program helps to prepare students for Garden City teaching certification in Visual Arts PreK-12. The program offers a unique experience in a blended learning environment; in addition to course sessions and discussion seminars, students complete 100 fieldwork hours and receive mentoring from experienced educators.
