In providing or procuring insurance-related products and services for you and your family members, MTA Benefits often collects nonpublic personal information. How we collect that information, safeguard it, and in certain circumstances and in compliance with federal and state law, share it within and outside the MTA Benefits corporate family is explained below. Sharing Of Information Within The MTA Benefits Corporate Family

We may use information in our files for our program marketing purposes or to help you with your overall insurance programs.

In certain circumstances, and to the extent that it helps us to provide products and services requested by you, we are permitted by law to share this information as described above, with the following parties. For example, we may share nonpublic personal information about you with the following:

• Companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements;
