MTA Benefits sponsored the Exhibitors Expo at MTA's Annual Meeting 2003. This year the theme was "Rain or Shine MTA ~ Benefits Has you Covered!" Responding to weeks of unending rain, MTA Benefits handed out free rain ponchos and decorated their booth with a "Swing into Spring" theme. Staff and members donned rain hats, florescent orange ponchos and tiptoed through the tulips.
