The Information Technology Department provides support to MTAB staff, vendors and members. Services include maintenance of the MTAB Web site, daily downloads of updated insurance information for our customers, maintenance of all computer and telecommunications systems, and implementation of new computer applications that provide members with more discounted programs – without increasing program costs.
Lee Pevear, Information Technology Manager, directs and administers all in-house technology systems used in-house and provides direction and support to all MTAB managers and staff on all aspects of our computer, Web and telecommunications systems. She also provides support to members who call and e-mail us about our Web site and works with the various vendors whose products and services we promote.
Susan McDonald, Systems Support Specialist , provides support to all MTAB managers and staff on all in-house computer and telecommunications systems. In addition, she performs daily processing of insurance data, downloading updated data from our insurance carriers, assists in maintaining the computer network and MTAB Web site.
