The division of Finance and Administration provides important support to MTA Benefits, helping it to run efficiently as well as maintaining all financial records for the corporation. Yusuf Easman, a general assistant, maintains insurance files, processes auto renewal registrations, and coordinates registry delivery services and related records. Nancy Markiewicz and Valerie Atherley are involved with the year-end audit preparation and provide annual budget assistance. Kevin Moschella has managed the Division of Administration and Finance for more than 16 years. His responsibilities include providing financial reports, preparing the annual operating budget, overseeing all corporate investment vehicles, coordinating audits, coordinating purchase activities, presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors, and coordinating administration and clerical services with MTAB managers.
