Lee Pevear brings 30 years of information technology management experience to MTA Benefits. As Information Technology Manager, Ms. Pevear is responsible for all computer and telecommunications systems used by MTA Benefits, including maintaining and updating this web site; management of our automatic telephone call distribution system, which routes member phone calls to the appropriate customer service representatives; maintenance of our insurance agency management system, our computer network, our telephone and voice mail systems; and development and implementation of new computer programs that enable MTA Benefits and our vendors to best service the membership with their insurance and all other benefits programs we offer.
