The MTA Preferred Provider Dental Plan offers great savings through a network of established dentists in Massachusetts. You can join for a special member monthly subscription fee of $16 for one person, $22 for two persons or $28 for three or more persons after a ONE-TIME $25 application fee.

The plan offers the following at no extra cost: office visits, examinations, x-rays and cleanings. This alone is worth more than the cost of the subscription. You also get greatly reduced fees for fillings, crowns, dentures, orthodontics, periodontics and endodontics. For information, click here.
